Medical Certificate but still must obtain Vitality Active Reward Goals

<p>I have been deemed upfit by a medical doctor (neurologist) and my medical certificate was sent through to ********** when I phoned vitality to follow-up they indicated that irrespective if the certificate was sent thorugh I must still reach my vitality rewards target for the week until the review committee meets to decide whether my note is valid and payment will not be debited from my card for the apple watch. They also indicated that there was a document which needed to be filled and sent through with the certificate. The lady I spoke to indicated I should give her an hour and she will get back to me and send through the form....and guess what I am still waiting for her call. This was Friday the 15/07/2016</p> <p> </p> <p>I am publishing this because I would like people to know that here is an organisation canvasing for you to be healthy yet they want you to exercise when you have been deemed upfit and you have a certificate to prove it. In my view I think they want you to exercise yourself to death!</p>
