Maternity benefits

Hi, last month I spoke to the guy by the name of Songezo who assisted me with my maternity benefits he then advised should I go see a my gynecologist again I should contact you guys for the payment, I did so after my first visit yet yesterday I went to visit my doctor again they advised payments was never revised, May you please assist with the payment of the service rendered on the 1/06/2022 and 29/06/2022
