Masterclass Customer Service- Exceptional Job Ms Shogole

Ms Dineo Shogole is an exceptional Service Centre agent who took my Team Vitality enquiry, escalated to the back office, thought out of the box and sent me my reference number. She said she will follow up with the back office and revert. The next day she reverted with a response. Having explained that the option given was not a suitable option, she shared available options. Having indicated that I would be able to assist, she emailed today and followed up with a call indicating that the arrangement has been confirmed.

To me this shows Ms Shogole’s commitment to service and how she has gone the extra mile to ensure resolution of my enquiry to my satisfaction.
