MAKRO VOUCHERS NOT VALID!!!!!!!!!

Ive logged a ticket due to my makro voucher not being valid due to Makro only allowing one voucher per makro card. now i have a R250 voucher which i cant use. i have logged a ticket on the 1st of december and to date NO RESPONSE!!!!!! my ref is as follows: *** Due i really need to take this to media and legal oversight committees in order to get a answer. You are now *****ing from your customers and honestly this whole process is misleading and in breach of ethics codes. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER AND SORT OUT PEOPLES ISSUES!!!!!!!!!!
