Making profits by refusing to pay cashback

4 months later and I am still waiting for my vitality cashback for Dischem for October, November, December 2018. Dischem has assured me this information has been submitted to Vitality in January when I first complained. 4 months later discovery is still dragging their feet and have not given me what is due to me!
