Makes No Sense

Makes No Sense Here is what I fail to make a proper understanding off. This is the email that I receive: Our records show that you have not been to the gym enough times for the period 01/10/2016 to 30/09/2017 and are at risk of losing your maximum gym saving. Remember that to keep your maximum gym benefit, you have to visit the gym 36 times in a rolling 12-month cycle. I have signed myself, wife and daughter up for a Gym Contract from the 04 Sep 2016 to 30 Sep 2017, my one year contract is not yet over, my visits from 04 Sep 2016 - 22 Sep 2017 are at 41, my visits are well over the recommended 36 times so how can I be at risk of losing the benefit savings? Why is Discovery calculating the visits from 01/10/2016 to 30/09/2017 and not the actual date that I started the contract 04 Sep 2016 - 30 Sep 2017? Seems like a bit of a *******, the explanation that my wife received when she called in to query simply does not make any sense at all!! My next 12 month rolling period should start on 01/10/2017 - 20/09/2018 and this is how the measurement should be done. Please explain this
