Makeing a separation worse

As if separating from your partner isn't a bad enough experience.... Vitality makes its so much worse! All tgat is supposed to happen is to move the client onto there own personal profile but no they make you have to contact your ex to give you permission to go on your own account Then they cancel your profile history so you have to start over with your point collecting and status Then they contact tge gym and cancel your vitality on your contract mot stating you moved over to another one... so now you get charged full price when you already getting a whole lot of extra expenses from the separation.... thank Vitality for making life more difficult
