Make sure Discovery is actually paying your cashbacks

Discovery’s service is unbelievably atrocious. They haven’t paid my gym booster benefit for two months and when I call them they make all sorts of promises to call me back with feedback or that I will receive a double payment the following month. This issue has been going on for a few months now and after numerous calls I can only conclude that they are quick to take money but hate paying out benefits. I am currently waiting for one of the service managers to call me back - supposed to call before 12 yesterday. I am sick of speaking to them as they are completely useless.
