Make Promises and Deliver Excuses

Today it is a month since I have asked for my healthy care benefit with Dischem to be activated and I am still no further than I was on the 1 March 2015. Being pushed between Dischem and Discovery I am at my wits end. My Dischem card has been active since 2005 and Discovery still has not activated my healthy care benefit as they say the card does not exist. I refer to Discovery reference numbers *** and ***... I keep getting promises of feedback within 3 days and I am still waiting. This is extremely disappointing coming from one of the leading medical aid companies in South Africa. It is misrepresentation if you cannot support a benefit which I am entitled too and you have advertised as such. I hope to get this benefit activated in 2015 if the service delivery levels permit such from Discovery's end?
