Lying about gym discount

Vinay Inderh informed me on the phone that I will receive 75% discount on gym fees if I join Discovery through our medical aid, BankMed and that it will be active from 15 March. When I went to the gym to activate Vitality on 16 March it was not active yet. After I phone in to query why it was not activated I was informed that I will only receive 30% discount on gym fees and was told to hold on for a few minutes on my cost after which I hung up. Therefore I joined under false pretenses from Vinay Inderh.
