Lying about Delivery

I received multiple sms's from a company called Digital Planet to inform me that my order from Vitality would be delivered on 1 December 2015, it never arrived, only the original sms had a contact number which I called this afternoon, I enquired as to why my delivery had not taken place and was told that she had organised that it would be delivered Thursday! Why I again queried the why it had not been delivered the phone was put down on me! <br> On attempting to call back to lodge a complaint I refused to give my name and they put me on hold! <br> Could the powers that be please explain why they insist on making it difficult to lodge a complaint? Why is it that I encounter problems with Viatility on every single issue?
