LOOKING FOR ANY TECHNICALITY TO AVOID PAYING WHAT IS FAIR AND CORRECT

In December we paid for our device booster for a fitness watch. The rules allow one device booster per family. We then went to Sportsmans Warehouse and purchased two Garmin 735XT watches as Christmas presents for each of us (husband and wife). At the payment counter we were able to give either of our Healthy Gear Card numbers as we had both. The said we could give them either Healthy Gear Card number (husband or wife). We gave mine (wife). Bearing in mind that all our discovery expenses, medical savings, life insurance, vitality points are treated as one unit this made sense. Now, Discovery refuse to pay our cash back because they say we should have given my husband's Healthy Gear Card Number.
