Long wait to be refunded for a holiday cancellation

What a mission to get my refund after canceling a 2023 holiday way up front. 2 weeks after cancelling online (26 Sep 2022) , no any kind of response from vitality. Then I called Discovery Vitality travel team to find out about the progress of my refund, to my surprise I was told I was supposed to submit a refund form for them to facilitate the refund. I sent through the completed refund form on the 11th of October 2022 and to date I still haven't received my money back. I called mid November to find out about the progress and was told Accounts and billing department has been instructed to action my query. Tomorrow the 6th of December 2022 marks full 8 weeks still waiting to be refunded.
