LOG A QUERY IS A JOKE

Wow, what a terrible app and ****. I have wasted 160 call minutes this month to resolve my issue of my Vitality not working. For a month I have called to follow up on a query but every time they just respond 'just log a query' or I will send it to my manager. After the month that had passed and I regained my calling minutes, I called and got angry and asked what is going on. PLEASE resolve this, I am paying for nothing. After another week it was fixed. But thanks Discovery for making my blood boil.
