Lies and more lies provided over shoe booster
On 26 August my boyfriend and I each purchased a pair of shoes from Sportsmans Warehouse using our Healthy Gear cards (we are both on our own memberships). On 2 September, we decided that we would like to take advantage of the Shoe Booster offerings and so we loaded our shoe booster, paid the R300 non-refundable fee and then we returned to Sportsmans Warehouse and explained to them what we were wanting to do and due to the shoes being unworn they agreed to allow us to return the shoes and repurchase them. We then returned home and activated our shoes. Everything is reflecting as active on both of our profiles, however no healthy gear money has been received to date, and no shoe booster rewards have been rewarded. Upon countless emails and phone calls, it was initially explained that there was a glitch in the shoe booster system, however the latest nonsense handed to me has been that a repurchased shoe does not qualify for the shoe booster activation. However I am yet to receive the requested statement for where this is ever mentioned. (This info. does not exist in the T's and C's). Last week my boyfriend was suddenly paid back for 2 months of his shoe booster rewards, and I am yet to receive anything. I am sick and tired of the useless service received. I have been promised to receive two phone calls from management and I am yet to receive either. Each time I receive an email it is from a no-reply address and so I am unable to ever deal with the same person twice! I will be taking this to the small claims court if this is not sorted, because everything that I have done is in-line with the shoe booster requirements. I am done with the lies being spewed and I need this to be sorted ASAP.
