<p>i have no idea where to start or who's name to use to shame. let me just start with DISCOVERY as a whole two months ago a friend of mine convinced me to sign up for DISCOVERY LIFE and INVEST and being with DISCOVERY for close onto 10 years i agreed but what a big mistake.. ive been given the run a round and **** to by every single person that i have tried to speak to at DISCOVERY LIFE and VITALITY in regard with my points being allocated. every year i go to my local chemist to get my points made by doing my aids cholestral blood etc tests AND IT IS ALLOCATED THE NEXT DAY, this time here i went to fredman drive to DISCOVERY, because i had to get the tests done for my discovery life and to my dissappoinment i have been recieved by the worse people on planeth rock my points still havent been alloacated i phone weekly to find out whats happening and get the run around. now im fuming and want to take legal action against them does anyone know how i can do this.? most of the time i will get a mail saying they working on it and then when i call back they tell me some one will call back an nothing im on diamond status as well as paying 5k amonth for my medical aid. IS THIS FAIR?</p>
