Lack of service

I have not received my points for a few weeks now, I have to send emails requesting my points as my Fitbit is not syncing with my Discovery app but my emails have not been seen to since the beginning of December. Clearly you are just a number and they actually don't care about individuals. Promoting healthy lifestyles but look for every possible way not to reward you or assist with problems.
