Lack of feedback and attention

Im not sure what is going on at Discovery Vitality as i have not received this kind of service before that it actually resulted in a HP complaint. I have been waiting from February 2019 for my Vitality points to be awarded. From calling to emailing, i have not had a satisfactory outcome, all my points are still not awarded!! i was even called by another clients name and then just ignored. The worse part is that im their biggest supportor as i have every product with them....
