Kulula.com in partnership with Discovery

Kindly help get hold of kulula.com since they are in partnership with you. I have since cancelled my booking at The Kingdom Resort so I can make a booking on a different date. My booking was cancelled but have not received any refund form kulula.com.i have been trying to get hold of their offices with no luck. I have waisted airtime trying to get hold of them
