Kulula charged R2990 instead of R299

On 5th Dec After holding on to the call centre for 48 minutes i got through to a consultant to change my flight. The change fee was R299 but R2990 was deducted from my credit card. The call centre consultant advised that it would be reversed and the correct amount of R299 was processed as a second deduction. I have received no refund and no further correspondence even after numerous emails.
