Khumi Seroba

<p>It is not often that I take time to write a review about the service I receive, not because I do not appreciate great service. </p> <p>I taken this time to write about this lady at Discovery Vitality Khumi Seroba, because not only did she do her job and very well I must add, she went as far as doing other peoples jobs within discovery.</p> <p>I called discovery on Tuesday to check how we could make my wife move hers to mine, to my surprise, I was advised that my diamond status had been changed to bronze, you can only imagine what I felt when I was told. I immediately asked the lady who on the otherside to fix it, her response was typical of any LAZY call centre agent, sir please contact life to check this is. I did as instructed and went straight through to Life, yes as you have guessed, the guy was just as lazy and refered me back to vitality.</p> <p>I contact Vitality back as instructed, and was there an angel or angel on the other side. Khumi, was very proffessional and could pickup my frustration, she managed to handle the situation first time and all the rage I was feeling just went away.</p> <p>She took the case upon and told me to drop the call while she ran with, but will continue updating me rgulary, which she did.</p> <p> </p> <p>I just got of the phone now, giving me her final feedback and advise of the best way forward.</p> <p> </p> <p>If discovery can hire another 5 Khumis, their customer service will be a force to reckon with.</p> <p> </p> <p>Keep it up Khumi and if ever I go in the customer service business, you are up my list of the people to be head hunted.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p>
