Keyfit *******

I joined the Keyfit programme and made use of the gym discounts, I was informed that if I visit the gym for 36 times or more within my 12 month contract I would get a 67% discount, I have visited the gym more than 36 times by the specified date and surprisingly I get an email with regards from Dr Craig Nossel saying to me that my discount has dropped to 50% because I visited the gym fewer than 36 times by the specified date. According to my gym club I visited more than 36 times and my club has a record of this. This shows me that Discovery Vitality cannot do proper analysis in getting their figures right and me as the customer is getting ********** for it!!! IF THIS IS NOT SORTED OUT I WILL CANCEL EVERYTHING I HAVE WITH DISCOVERY AND ITS AFFILIATES!!!
