Just the worst

Make me wait for more than 30 minutes in a stupid Whatsapp queue WITH AN UPDATE EVERY ****** 30s so I am forced to mute it and then they give me 3 minutes to respond once a consultant is available? This service was DESIGNED to be atrocious.
