iwatch and Vitality FLOP

<p>I have had an issue with Dicovery regarding the iwatch and the iwatch's inability to register my heart rate properly during my gym sessions, I have written a numerous amount of letters to them regarding this matter and they seem to take the stance that if they ignore me long enough I will go away. I do not think that the iwatch is the correct device to monitor your heart rate during a gym session but they did not tell me this when I initially signed up for this benefit, my complaints seem to only attract brush off's from menial staff members without a manager getting involved please if anyone can help me escalate this matter higher up in the food chain.</p>
