It's easier to win the lottery than to join/renew Team Vitality membership

Someone should inform Team Vitality that if you keep on doing the same thing you can't expect to get a different result. HONESLTY! Last year I registered ... WHAT A MISSION... it took me more than a MONTH to finally register. The online platform did not work, I had to do an EFT. I sent the proof of payment and it took MORE THAN A MONTH for them to find my payment and allocate it and activate my membership. Okay, I thought, this is just a glitch in the system somewhere. This year I'm trying to RENEW my membership ... it is a nightmare! I've tried possibly 8 times now, I run into the same problem every time. I jump through all the hoops, complete all the fields, click on PAY and then ... NOTHING. After the first failed attempt I call the call center, do everything while I have an agent on the line ... NADA! Every time they log a query, every time we try again. Eventually I spoke to a manager, let's give them credit, the TRY but they keep logging queries, which result in removing the payment pending status, then I'm told to try again ... and again ... and again ... Until the next coming? Can I do an EFT? I ask (Yes I'm THAT desperate to go that route again) No, I'm told, chat to a live agent. I go into the chat box on the website (as instructed) I'm informed I'm number 1 in the queue, I wait ... and wait ... and wait ... and then the session expires. I start all over again, now I'm number 5. Don't they want members? Are they so arrogant as to pick and choose? If I were the only one I would get the message, but I'm not. On our Team Vitality WhatsApp group there are several people who had the same issue ... some paid via EFT (they were allowed to). I can't help wondering how many others are suffering in silence, are frustrated to the point of giving up and joining Run/Walk for life, are sick and tired of this nonsense but hang in there as they want the benefits ... COME ON DISCOVERY, YOU MUST DO BETTER THAN THIS, REWARDS WILL ONLY MOTIVATE PEOPLE SO FAR
