Is this dishonesty or not?

This is now the 4th or 5th time Discovery Vitality is claiming that I have not reached al my goals and that they will charge me a certain amount for my Apple Watch for the specific month. This while I had reach all or part of my goals. The issue is; they are always wrong and it is disturbing that I have to check every week if they’ve recognised that I reached my goal. If I fail to do this I can expect to see a message at the end of the month saying: “Based on the current goal cycle, you didn't achieve any of your weekly Vitality Active Rewards goals. A monthly amount of … will be debited from your Discovery Card'.

I have a whole bucket full of emails as proof of this, which I regard as dishonesty. If it happened say 2 or 3 times in the past, I could've understand that it might have been a software problem. But this is continuous and no longer acceptable and I consider it as dishonest.

There might be something more ********* behind this — they first charge your Discovery Credit card account and then inform you that they will take up to 7 days (yes 7 days) to resolve the issue — after their “serious 7 day investigation” they will acknowledge that they were wrong and will credit your account the next month — so interest you pay for their mistakes - Unacceptable and as I said I regard this as dishonest. The current reference number is ********** 001
