Is this an april fools joke? Utterly useless, with pointless feedback

<p>So discovery ends there active rewards relationship with kauai and doesn't tell anyone. Thefeedback I got from them after wasting 90 minutes and fuel and embarrasment: Reply and apology was almost adequate with typical blameshifting but i was sent a refund voucher at kauai to compebsate for those that I lost that:</p> <p>1. probably won't be accepted because they don't have an arrangement anymore with kauai</p> <p>2. Less valuable than original voucher due to that I can't get wraps IF accepted at kauai</p> <p>3. Still doesn't compensate for the massive inconvenience and waste of my time and fuel and embarrassment but only almost puts me back on an even keel IF everything goes according to their script (which it very seldom does) </p>
