Is the Device booster a ****?

I activated the device booster on the morning of 15 April and later that day bought the device at Sportsmans Warehouse Tygervalley with healthy gear card.

The first time I phoned, the lady said she can see that I activated the booster and bought the device, but there was an issue and that it would be resolved by Friday, the 7th of June, but when I currently log in I can't see the device and I only get the chance to activate it again. I phoned on June 18th again, but it was no help so I emailed Discovery on the 18th as well. They say they come back within 48hours, but I haven’t heard anything!

I've achieved all my goals, except for one week since I bought the device, so would expect to receive my booster payback for those weeks, otherwise I could've gotten the same device for a cheaper price at Takealot.com.
