Is team vitality a running club?

I signed up for team vitality with the knowledge that they don't have a registered club in Gauteng North, and I could therefore not register with ASA, but assumed that a large international company like them would be able to sort out the registration within a month or so.<br> <br> My goals with the running club was to register with ASA to get a permanent number (therefore paying less for races and having a seeding) and secondly to connect with other runners and find someone to train with that have the same goals as I have.<br> I believe that these are the two main goals of any runner joining a running club.<br> <br> I joined the club in February and there has been no feedback on a club in Gauteng North yet.<br> <br> I therefore felt that I have not received any value for money and requested that I be paid back the full joining fee.<br> <br> After 12 days I received feedback saying that they have a no cancellation policy and that the rules for the termination of a benefit and Vitality membership apply. <br> I then requested these rules, stated that I am very unhappy and that they must respond a lot sooner in the future... that was 16 days ago and no reply yet.<br>
