Invalid Reward Code

On the 10 October 2018, I played the discovery vitality game broad and I won the Apple Watch to the value of R8000,00.

I emailed the rewards department and was told the it will take a few days to arrange the reward code and on the 17 October 2018 I received my reward code.

On the 18 October 2018 I went to Istore Eastgate all the way from Witbank but was told that there was no stock on the Apple Watch Series 4 but I was put the waiting list.

On the 23 October 2018 I received a sms saying that my watch was ready for collection but when I went all the way from Witbank which about 135km from Eastgate. I was told the there was a problem with the reward code.

Now discovery says the must investigate what the problem. They should have did the work right in the first place.

Please sort this out for me ASAP.
