Invalid Makro voucher

My husband redeemed 250 vitality reward points for a R250 Makro voucher on the 7th of November 2019. Received an sms to say the Makro voucher might not redeem but they are sending a new one. Tried to redeem on our son's birthday, 20 Nov, still didn't work. Tried Black Friday, still nothing. Tried Christmas, nope still invalid. Tried yesterday, 3 January 2020, 2 months later, still NOTHING! I phoned, emailed 4 timed, the only response received is "we recognize your email and will respond within 48 hours. Voucher expires in a month. WORST SERVICE EVER FROM VITALITY! I even Facebook messaged them...
