International Flight Booking

I am very disappointed in Vitality as I worked my butt off to become a GOLD status member to be able to qualify for all the discounts. <br> <br> I wanted to book my flight today (9 DES) for the 13th of January 2016 and won't any airline book it as Vitality has a rule for International Flight to be booked 6 weeks upfront. I am currently 5 weeks upfront so I am missing it with one week. This to me is very unprofessional and unacceptable as we as clients pay for this service and maintain our own Status at Vitality!!!<br> <br> I phoned Vitality to discuss this matter and i was told by the call center agent that his Manager said I should phone British Airways regarding this complain??<br> <br> BA said to me that there is nothing they can do as its Vitality's Stupid Rule and that they cant overwrite it.<br> <br> I am supper upset about this ridiculous rule I wasn't even told the day I joined Vitality!!!
