INSTRUCTION TO CANCEL OPTION NOT CARRIED OUT

Good day,<br> My hubby is the main member, he called in March to cancel this option but the payment of the debit order still went through. The instruction was not carried out as requested. He emailed them again this month 21 April but the payment debit order went through again on the account. They acknowledged receipt but the instruction was not carried out once again.<br> This is unacceptable, and reimbur*****t is required immediately.
