Inept, put phone down while talking

<p>I had a query regarding my fitness assessment and had the misfortune of dealing with Merrel (ref ********** 204). As a broker and client, it is frustrating with someone with such low level of interest or knowledge. During her follow-up call, she put the phone down while I was in the middle of asking a question. Extremely poor s****s for someone spending the day on the phone dealing with clients. </p>
