Inefficiency in accessing Vitality Active Rewards for Doctors

Trying to access Vitality Active Rewards for Doctors - spoke today to Thandi, Vuyiso,Candice, Anesha, Shelly and Dineo in various dept from Vitality to webservices to no avail - wasted 2hr on the phone. Since Dec 2019 - nuemrous emails to Vitality to sort this out and Mogie Naidoo helped to a point and then said it was the incorrect dept and ref me to VAR. Prior to this I tried in Jan2019 to access VAR for doctors and was met with the same inefficiency - please do NOT market that Vitality is available for free for doctors when you cannot assist us to obtain access on the App
