Increased gym fees without prior notification

<p>Yesterday my spouse's gym membership fee was drastically increased without notifying me, the main member.</p> <p>He has visited the gym over 36 times in the last 12 months, and I have not seen anything information stating that he needs to go once a week, so I need someone to clarify this or reimburse me.</p>
