Incorrect points awarded despite calling in 3 times....

I ran the Vaal River Marathon on the 2nd of September. I logged the race as per usual on the 3rd of September. I got a reference number ********** 899. I never got given the 300 points. I phoned in, logged a query. 5 days later I was told it had been sorted out. It had not. I phoned in again. Same story. I phoned in again. Same story. Getting really tired of this. Pls sort it out
