Incorrect info provided to Customer !!!!!!

In Jan 2026, I was informed that Schedule 1 and 2 over-the-counter items, no longer form part of Vitality's cash-back system.

This was told to me, when I submitted my script for, a Schedule 3 item!

Come on Vitality, stop trying to pull the wool!
