On 15 May 2022 I ran a 5km MyRun. MyRun are not part of Vitality anymore, So I did a manual upload of proof of my run, to get awarded 300 points. Vitality did not want to award me the 300 points that were due to me.

Vitality, it is IRRELEVANT of WHO I did the 5km run through. The fact remains that I did a 5km run (35 minutes) AND provided proof of it.

A separate Vitality Consultants' reply had nothing to do with my question...what the fudge!!!
