Activating Vitality has been a nightmare, the several consultants I have communicated with made the entire process a headache. I initially called early in March to activate my Vitality in order to qualify for the gym cash back, only to discover a month later that the consultant I spoke to did not process my information. It's now May and I have been disputing my start date, only to find out that the consultant I spoke to last week cancelled my Vitality without my approval. I am still waiting to be assisted even now and have been given a run-around despite the numerous calls .
