*********** useless Discovery Vitality staff

I joined the Discovery vitality weight loss program in October 2017. In week 10 to 12 of the program one is required to go for a verified weigh in. I did so in week 10 (15/12/17) at a dietician. The goal I reached is a level 1 goal and qualifies me for a 1000 vitality points for the weight loss and 100 points for the verified weigh in. I received ONLY 20 points. After multiple email and phone enquiries, none of the useless staff at Discovery Vitality seems to be able to understand this. I as a member seem to understand the rules of the program better than the Discovery Vitality staff. Without recognition of this verified weigh in I cannot continue with the program.
