*********** Call Center employee provides wrong information

I phoned the call center and spoke to *********** Nolie. She is clueless and has no idea what she is doing . We had an issue with planet fitness not linking our contract to Vitality and instead of her advising me that the issue was with Planet Fitness not linking the contract,she tells me that because I joined Planet Fitness and Virgin Active years ago in 2019, I no longer have a gym benefit . Please employ better quality employees as she only infuriated me due to her lack of knowledge and interest
