Incompetence with flight booster activation

I have been trying to boost a flight for almost two months. At first it did not appear as an option to boost (even after 48 hours). I requested the flight to be boosted from when it was supposed to be available (when I first tried to boost it) and was told that this would be done. The flight became available for boosting after this, but it was not back boosted, it was only available for boosting (I would have lost out on 5 goals if I boosted it then). I have logged queries and received more empty promises of the problem being sorted out since then. I am tired of wasting time calling call centers, waiting for consultants so that I can explain my problem over and over again to people who are seemingly incapable of sorting out my problem. What is the point of paying for a service that cannot deliver on the promised benefits?
