Incompetence

From when I started a couple of years ago till now it has become trash, the employees are *********** and now that they making their money they have completely dropped their service. I called in to get my 25% healthy food benefit which I was told they will fix then a week later it went from 15% to zero instead of 25% which it should be... It takes 5 minutes just to get through the irritating automated selection line then you will either wait another 5 minutes to get through to an agent or they just wont answer.
