incompetence

so I loaded to requests on discovery sites last week and this past Monday for the same issue but seems like discovery don't give a dam. I converted my points to use for dischem one worked the other don't as discovery partners don't even know what products they suppose to give to clients , now this vouchers expire on 20/06 meaning I will loose my voucher and points to due to incompetence .
