Inaccurate calculations and information provided

The system that calculates your monthly drive points/status is inaccurate. Discovery acknowledged this, but will not apologise nor acknowledge the screenshots provided. They are unable to explain the calculations. What is the point when you need to spend hours checking their figures. How can their figures ever be trusted again?
