Impossible weekly goals. Sudden change in policy.
I previously had a fitness/heart rate device called JAWBONE, which I used to log workouts points for my Discovery Vitality. Like everyone else, I was loving the free smoothie :) Then, I changed to an Apple iWatch after my Jawbone broke. Since I have been using my still new iWatch, I haven't achieved any of the goals to pay off the iWatch?... I phoned Discovery to clear up the situation. They said that you can only claim the highest points for one particular activity a day (previously for any point activities on a day).
In short my problem is:
-Only highest point activity counts (Golf and gym is put into one group even if you do them at different times of the day)
-Unfair goal for amount of points (setup to fail from start)
-They say you can get extra points for heartrate, but I havent even seen this reflected (Discovery app wont take heartrate data-inactive)
-gym visits don't get captured always
-They don't tell you to setup your device to capture points (syncing health data on Health app to Discovery)
-In April they changing their policy (curious)

I feel like I'm being cheated here. I know for certain that I will have to pay half or 3/4 for this iWatch at the end.
