Impossible to reach Vitality travel: Need to urgently rebook flights

Vitality Travel issue I have been trying to reach out to the Vitality Travel Center, hosted by Comair, for weeks now to rebook international flights that were put on hold due to COVID-19. It's completely impossible to get through, even if I wait for hours on the call. And I emailed multiple times to no avail. How are we supposed to rebook our flights if we can't get helped??
