I'm a discovery client with so many products like life cover, medical aid, retirement, house hold, building insurance. The service is pathetic. I'm even thinking of canceling any business with them because they don't appreciate it . I canceled my flight book, g and the system was under the impression that I have utilized my discount benefit to book international flight. Yesterday I spoke to 10 people and no one assisted me. They told me to call the airline directly. When I booked, I didn't involve the airline, and it was the same when I canceled. Everything was done with discovery travel. I'm not a happy client.
