If only Vitality could learn from Multiply

I have been trying to obtain information on the actual steps one needs to take to activate the vitality shoe booster "benefit". The automated call answering system insists that a vitality number is entered. Regrettably it does not work properly and for some reason cannot process my Vitality number. In stead of introducing a human intervention the call is just terminated due to this problem.

Emails dont work either. They send you whatever brochure they can find thats most closely related to the question rather than answer the specific question.

Multiply is exactly the opposite. Always prompt helpfull and accurate assistance from the Momentum Multiply staff.
